PT Tanjung Power Indonesia merupakan perusahaan konsorsium nan dimiliki oleh PT Adaro Power (65%) dan PT EWP Indonesia (35%), anak perusahaan Korea East-West Power Co Ltd., untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik tenaga batubara berkapasitas 2×100 MW di Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan, dan menjual listrik kepada PLN berasas perjanjian jual beli listrik (PPA) untuk jangka waktu 25 tahun sejak COD. Tahun 2020 merupakan tahun pertama PT Tanjung Power Indonesia beraksi penuh sepanjang tahun. Sesuai dengan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas PT Tanjung Power Indonesia No. 2 tanggal 12 Agustus 2013, Perseroan mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk menjalankan upaya di bagian Penyedia Jasa Energi Listrik. Melalui Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) berkapasitas 2x100MW, PT Tanjung Power Indonesia mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik tenaga batubara di Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan untuk menyediakan pasokan listrik bagi PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) di wilayah Kalimantan Selatan dan Kalimantan Tengah.

Sedangkan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) TPI berkapasitas 2×100 MW berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani RT01 RW01 Desa Mabu’un, Kecamatan Murung Pundak, Kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan luas lahan kurang lebih 42 hektar (ha).

Saat ini PT Tanjung Power Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat berasosiasi berbareng dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Material Handling Operator

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct monitoring and administrative works of raw material activities (unloading and utilization), communicate with Heavy Equipment operator regarding daily material arrangement such as coal shed, coal yard and ash pond and operate weighing scale equipment according to applicable procedures & standard.
• Conduct 5R activities in working area to ensure the cleanliness and safety condition in accordance with standard and procedure.
• Conduct raw material procurement administrative works and record operational activities on logbook and log sheet regarding material unloading and utilization in order to ensure all material condition is well documented.
• Conduct emergency actions in emergency condition regarding raw material handling that endangers the continuity of plant operations, human and environmental to support the operation and safety of Plant operations.
• Implement the company regulation, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance document to ensure the conduciveness, safety, and quality of work environment in chemist activities.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related position in the power plant or related industry 
• Understanding of Material Handling Equipment, such as conveyor belts, cranes, forklift and other
• Having knowledge of heavy equipment particularly CAT brand will be an added value (DZ, WL & FL), Troubleshooting skills; ability to identify issues with equipment and perform basic repair.
• Good command in English both verbal and written. 
• Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

2. Ash Handling Operator

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor ash handling plant (Bag Filter, Fly Ash & Bottom Ash, Reinjection System, and Main Control Circuit )  at control room and field in order to ensure the ash disposal activities runs normal and safe in accordance with procedure and applicable standard and the parameter is well recorded.
• Conduct follow up actions in accordance with Daily Report/Log Sheet and Superior instruction to support the continuity of Power Plant operational activity.
• Report the abnormality and damage on ash handling plant to Superior to ensure the follow up action is done in timely manner.
• Conduct equipment Isolation (LOTO) accurately and timely manner in ash handling system in accordance with Permit-to-Work Procedure to ensure the safety of maintenance activity.
• Conduct emergency actions in emergency condition that endangers the continuity of plant and human operations to support the operation and safety of Plant operations
• Conduct information exchange with personnel of next shift regarding plant situation and condition in order to ensure the personnel of next shift is aware of arising issue.
• Conduct minor maintenance such as cleaning and tightening bolts of equipment in order to ensure the Plant operation is not interrupted.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Technical Senior High School graduate majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Maximum 3 years of experience in related position from coal fired power plant 
• Good communication skill
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

3. Reliability & Efficiency Technician

Job Responsibilities :

• Record maintenance inspection result and report to superior to ensure the completion of historical info on maintained equipment.
• Record info field of plant equipment reliability according to O&M Manual to monitor the reliability & efficiency of power plant equipment.
• Conduct field monitoring for maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plan and O&M Manual.
• Conduct identification of root cause failure to be analyzed to avoid potential failure in the future of Power Plant equipment.
• Assists to analyzing activities such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication analysis to support preparation of comprehensive maintenance plan to achieve company target.
• Implement the K3LH regulation, procedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Engineering Section in accordance with Company policy to achieve Company objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational sasaran and quality standard.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Technical Senior High School graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Good knowledge in Coal Fired Power Plant process especially Mechanical parts and have experience in using predictive maintenance and measurement tools.
• Certified of Vibration Analysis Level 1 is on advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
